We worked with Brian on the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home in a declining real estate market.  Brian worked with us for 9 months to help us find the perfect house.  He was extremely patient with us while we looked at numerous houses in various areas (West Windsor, Lawrenceville, Pennington, etc.).  He provided us with a school report for each of these areas and took us on a detailed tour of certain neighborhoods so that we could get a feel for the community. 
 
We made an offer on our new home before we had our old home on the market.  We were extremely nervous about carrying two mortgages, but Brian really worked with us and was able to put our minds at ease.  Brian had a staging consultant come out to our house to provide us with tips on how to make our house look like a show home.  He also put together numerous reports on other homes that sold in our area to help us determine the correct list price for our property.  With Brian's knowledge and hard work, we got an offer on our house in less than 30 days.  It was really a pleasure buying and selling a home with Brian's assistance.  He is very knowledgeable and was able to recommend reliable mortgage, legal and inspection companies.  I can't say enough positive things about working with Brian - he really knows the business!!!  I would highly recommend Brian to anyone that is considering making a move.

We bought our new house with the help of Brian in April, 2004. We searched for a new house since January, 2004. We were moving from Pennsylvania and were not familiar with the area. Brian provided us with school reports for us to review. After reviewing all the information on schools and locations for easier commuting of my husband, we decided to look only in Cranbury. Brian gave us a realistic outlook for the housing market in the vicinity. What we appreciated most about having him as our agent is that he gave us balanced information on each house we looked at and was able to provide realistic opinions for upgrading and remodeling based on his own experience. Not knowing what is a reasonable price for houses in the area, we appreciated Brian's insight and took his advice seriously. Brian also helped us in many logistics once we decided on a house, providing us with the list of things to be done and local people we can use for getting the house ready.
